Zero Battalion
Zero Battalion is a classified US Marine task force set up in response to increasingly frequent attacks from what appear to be demonic creatures. The mandate of this organization is to investigate and counter these demonic incursions. The task force is still in its infancy and lacks information on the creatures they are trying to fight or why they are attacking.
US Marines who volunteer for this assignment serve two year tours, for which time they are kept at a top secret facility when not deployed. The financial compensation for these tours is far in excess of a normal Marine’s pay and pay for the whole tour is still awarded to the Marine’s family should they be killed in action.
