Colourful Friends![edit]

Fast Friends! Yattu, a Gang Boss (▼) The [insert ship here] was not Quint's first trip into space. Yattu paid Quint pennies to run packages from the Dusk spaceport out to the hinterlands to be picked up by smugglers or vice versa, and if Quint had been able to avoid looking in the box labeled "military ship engine" maybe he wouldn't have been tempted to keep those parts. As it stands Yattu had to break some promises to some very important people and would now like the break a few of Quint's fingers.

Choss, a retired professional racer (▲) Choss was a big name in the asteroid racing circuit maybe fifteen years ago, back when it was all YT-1300s and single-injection plasma drives. He never did manage to make the transition to fixed-wing craft and rumble seats, though, and mostly survives today off residuals and advertisements. He met Quint at a fan signing and the young man's enthusiasm led to a late-night of rewatching old races. Now Choss and Quint talk on a regular basis and Choss acts as a pipeline between Quint and the racing circuit.

Vices[edit]

Obligation Quint is still devoted to his family. He writes letters and even gets real-time communication when he can. Letting them in on all the amazing and wonderous things he's seen and done help alleviate the stress of his life.
