The SEED Program[edit]
The SEED Program was begun by Magister Entropy I, the King of All Evil. Believing that the world was in terrible danger of being destroyed, he gathered a collection of foundling children and began training them to become Axis Mundi, as he put it - pillars of a new world, or possibly anchors to save the present one. Exactly what he planned is not known, although he may have shared it with his son before his unfortunate demise.
Principal Entropy II has taken up the SEED program, and through his guidance, several of its members have begun a complete session. Whether their session can actually bear fruit is yet to be known, but its members are certainly hopeful.

Principal Entropy is the head of the SEED program, and intends to follow his fellow SEEDs into their session in order to guide them to victory. He is also the Principal of School, a fact that has resulted in several encounters with School-going players, including Fitz and Lilith.
Amber Mack (apocryphalConsolation)[edit]

Living on the edge of Arcadia, Amber Mack is a reserved girl, who spent her early life studying and bought entirely into Entropy's belief in the importance of her tasks. She was the first into the game, and was very frustrated when her closest friends, Donny and Felicia, seemed to be ignoring the critical nature of their work. Since then, she has become rather morose.
Anya Drago (acmestheticAristocrat)[edit]

The titular leader of the SEEDs, and queen bee of the Night School, Anya is an imperious vampire who demands loyalty from her cliques, enjoys gossip, and generally tries to show the world how impressive she is. She has an ongoing rivalry with Lilith Ivanov, who she considers to be something of a loose cannon, and seems to be growing somewhat fond of Fitzwilliam.
Felicia Wu (gremlinsCantata)[edit]
Rogue of Rage, Derse Dreamer, [COLOR="#800080"]
Raised by the Rats of Fortitude, Felicia is a mailman, a prankster, and an elegant game-player. She's a little bit flighty, alternating bursts of energy with the occasional fixation and intense devotion to nonsensical hobbies. She's Amber's best friend, and her inability to catch Amber in a prank is well-known. She's also close to Samuel, but not so much to the other SEEDs.
Mark Tyler (tenanciousGeniality)[edit]

A bit of a doormat, Mark is a fairly ordinary kid, who's often seen acting as Anya's Renfield (a fact that he ardently denies). He's joined every club at School at one time or another, and is always pretty excited to be there at first, but eventually drifts out and goes his own way. Mark lives on the edge of Town, by the Walking Fields. He was the second into the game, posthumously, and was revived by Amber after entry.
Samuel Lin (canonTraveller)[edit]

A gambler and avid roleplayer, Samuel spends much of his time exploring the depths of Old Molder, when he's not eagerly studying the more physical and social aspects of School. He doesn't have much of a head for math, though, and his grasp of history is limited at best. He loves rare books and hidden mysteries, and runs RPG sessions in his spare time, which tend to not work out well because he's not a very good GM.
Richard Forke (revolverUrban)[edit]
Richard is not actually a SEED member, but when Mark Tyler was killed, he was on-hand, and Entropy sent him into the session to help revive Mark and prevent everything from collapsing. He is currently aiding the SEEDs from inside their game.

Donny Dean[edit]

The seventh member of the SEED program, Donny was meant to be the third into the game. However, a series of accidents and sidetrackings led to him not being able to get home in time, and detouring to Lily's shrine, where he was taken into her world as a passenger. Donny is an avid athlete and lover of fashion, and considers himself something of a knight, unable to turn down a damsel in distress.
Ren[edit]
Ren was the eighth member of the SEED program, but was unfortunately killed while trying to help Felicia into the game.
