Amish Dave was hired by Captain Murphy Jarlot Sr against Captain Jarlot, Jr's wishes. His main skill is churning fresh butter, most of which Jarlot Sr hoards. He talks with a heavy accent, and is rarely understood on the first try. His only posessions are a cow and churn. He has an amusing fear of magic and any technology very far above the wheel.
