Arianji, the Lord of the Lords of Dust, is the most powerful of their race. The son of the father of the Rakshasas in Ravana and a mortal woman that was the avatar of the Lady of Destruction, Arijani slew his mother after asking to become immune to all weapons but what defeated his father. He briefly was a Lord in the Demiplane of Dread but escaped when the Mourning tore a dimensional rift into that realm through the Plane of Shadows. He then promptly set himself up as the leader of the Lords of Dust. As a half God, he looks down upon all beings in Eberron except for those of divine blood themselves... limited to Jarlot and a few immigrants.
Arijani wields the Soul Sword that is a relic of his time in the Demiplane. A +6 Soul Stealing Outsider Slayer, the weapon is one of the few devices that can permanently destroy a Outsider in Eberron. He is using it to slowly weaken those forces that might oppose his domination of the planet from the spawn of Xoriat to his fellow Lords of Dust.
When he encountered the crew, he slew many but was taken down by multiple attacks of both physical, psychological, and extra dimensional means.
