Project VIGILANCE TEAMS

The Crusaders

Based out of Los Angeles CA. Present Team Roster

• Manta-Man: team leader. Power Armored Suit that allows him to operate underwater and fly. Electrical control attacks that can paralysis or used at lethal force.
• Evergreen: plant woman, claims to be spirit of the Earth. Plant control with pheromones and limited regenerative abilities.
• Enforcer: force-field generator who carries a high-tech blaster-pistol that can stun or nauseate foes.
• Dreamweaver: Illusion and telekinesis powers, with the ability to turn invisible.
• Blizzard: Cold and Vibration control. Somewhat reckless and young.
• Laserfire: Fire and Laser/Light control who can fly and generate a heat aura around him.

The Centurions

Based out of New York City, NY. Present Team Roster

• Action Man: Team leader. Appears to be highly-skilled and trained athletic without super powers. Hand-to-hand expert and master tactician.
• Avenger: Super-strong hero of the team. Limited invulnerability and regenerative powers.
• Magnetic Man: magnetic control of some power, with low-powered armored suit.
• Morningstar: female power-armored wearer, suit has two heavy power-maces at each hand with power-fields and extended reach.
• Microgirl: shrinking power-house, she gains the strength of “ten-men” when she shrinks down to 6” in height.
• Raven: another hand-to-hand martial artist whose lifetime of training

The Guardians

Based out of Miami, FL. Present Team Roster

• Golden Eagle: team leader. Flight, super-strength and limited invulnerability.
• Shadow Sword: dressing like a ninja, and carrying a sword that he claims is magical. Powers included mystical training of the martial arts and invisibility.
• Red Beast: hulking man beast, with dark red ‘fur’ and massive levels of super-strength. Able to jump over two-miles in a single bound.
• the Shield: wearing lower-powered armor and carrying a large advanced shield.

The Protectors

Based out of Atlanta, GA. Present Team Roster

• Captain Cold: Team leader. Powerful cold and server environmental controller.
• Empress: Flame and fire control, very powerful but little control. Can also fly and generate a powerful protective field around herself.
• Archangel: Winged flight, low-level super-strength, and carries a sword he claims is magical.
• Battleaxe: Power armored suit, with advanced power-axe that can fire beams of energy and can cut through most materials.

INDEPENDENT SUPER-HEROES

• Condor: Power-armored winged-flight suit, with low-levels of super strength. Older hero who is semi-retired.
  Operates out of New York City, NY

• Mammoth: Super-strong and semi-invulnerable, he appears to have two thick tusks growing out of his lower jaw and thick brown fur covers his body.
  Area of operation is the Northwestern parts of the U.S., Canada and into Alaska.

• Mouser: based out of Las Vegas, he appears to have super-human levels of agility, acrobatic abilities and unarmed fighting style. He wears an advanced light weight armored suit and carries a advanced ‘whip’ that appears to be made out of steel

• Nomad: operating out of Chicago IL, he appears to have mind-control or super-persuasion like abilities.

• Omni-Man: Super-strong, extreme levels of flight, life-support and invulnerability. Has been operating throughout the US sense World War II, and apparently has not aged. Believed by many to be the strongest man on Earth.
  Operates mostly out of Boston MA area.

• Patriot: Flight and Energy Projection powers, who seems very resistant to most forms of energy damage.
  Operates mostly out of Washington DC and Virginia State.

• Pharaoh: Flying and superhuman levels in all his abilities, he claims to be Ra reborn for this new age.

• Shutter Bug: Sir Eric Tomas. Power-armored suit that appears something like a beetle like bug. Public identity, owner of Tomas Industrial Corporation (TIC) a world spanning heavy and advanced industrial business.

• Stormbringer: British hero who claims to carry Excalibur, the Arthur sword of league. Occasionally works with Global Watch.

• Titan: a teenage hero out of New York City, he has tried to join the Centurions many times, but has been told he to still to young. His own team of Teenage Heroes is not sanctioned group called Teen Guard, but has no standard members. Titan is super-humanly strong and carries a staff of unknown origins that appears to be indestructible.

• the Great Owl & Talon: Operated out of Boston, MA.

• Eagle Owl: (aka. Talon) Operated out of Seattle, WA.
