Khalid Atta
The youngest of the al Qaeda terrorists who took control of American Airlines flight 283 and the only one still alive when the plane was blown from the sky on September 11, 2001.
- Khalid's whereabouts in the nine months following the Survivors' collective escape from the Seattle Genetics facility in Bothell are unknown. Indeed, it's unknown if he was interred with the other Survivors in the four years between September 11, 2001 and that escape or if, as a terrorist, he was kept in a different facility and escaped independantly at an earlier or later date.
- Khalid came to The Hopewell Foundation's office seeking amnesty from the American government. When the Main Cast proved unwilling to immediately provide him with transport home, a small fight broke out. Khalid revealed that he has some type of cold-related powers, as he broke the glass office doors with a blast of super-chilled air. He was last seen in the New York office of Amnesty International, who had taken over his case.
