Spell Resistance (3+ dots)[edit]

Your character is innately resistant to all forms of magic. Whenever a spell is targeted at your character, or has an area of effect which includes your character, the spell resistance provides one or more automatic successes to resist the effects of the spell. At three dots, your character gets one automatic success to resist, and with each additional dot of this merit, one additional automatic sucess.
If the spell targets just your character and the spell resistance protect him, the spell fails. If the spell affects more than just your character, either as an area of effect or multiple targets, the spell resistance protects only your character. Spell resistance has no effect on spells not specifically targeting your character.
