Last Emperor: Merits list

This article is the list of merits for the Last Emperor, a D20 Dragonstar campaign converted to the Storytelling system.

These merits are all generated to duplicate the racial abilities, class features and general feats of the races and classes from D&D and the Dragonstar rules. These have been generated to balance against each other, but not necessarily balanced against the carfully designed metits of the NWoD book and supplements.

A number of these merits are listed as "Racial abilities", and not normally available as merits available to everyone. Dragonstar allows for Spellwear which allows adding capabilities which are not normally available, and for which a dot cost is required.

Some of these merits are listed as N+ dots. Characters may buy as many dots in these merits as they have the experience for. This violated the rule of 5 from the nWoD core book, limiting merits to a maximum of 5 dots.

In general most feats and class features are 2 dot merits, increasing by one dot for each prerequisite. Most racial abilities are a one dot merit, though some have been translated into skills.
