We agreed to be drug mules in order to be paid in the form of a treasure map that might yield rich salvage for us. Of course, the deal goes sideways when it turns out the man we were supposed to meet was killed ahead of time and his killer had gone in his place to get the drugs, refuse to pay us, and take off with the goods.

So of course, the lead started flying.

We fought back—cuz, they're getting' all killy—and we managed to escape with most of the drugs intact. It cost us damage to our ship and our crew and oh, yeah, having to land in the middle of the military base on Highgate and flying the rest of the way in to Lorngaard in our shuttle. We're kinda-sorta absolved of the botched deal—it wasn't explicitly said we were; it was just assumed due to the lack of getting arrested at the news—and now we're on the ground, licking our wounds and attempting repairs. We're also nearly dead broke.

As an added bonus, while getting treated at a hospital in Lorngaard, Poco spies someone from his past.
