  • Level 0 - Estate-driven Divinations of Ties That Bind (Free)
    • Jake can tell when his Estate is in trouble
  • Level 1 - Ghost Miracles of Ties That Bind (Free)
    • Jake can create the appearance of false ties; making someone believe two people have a certain kind of relationship when they don't ("They're obviously brothers; look!"), or making two objects appear to have a connection ("What do you mean that key won't work? I know it's the key for that door!") ("Unfortunately, it looks like someone glued that piece of paper to the table. We'll rip it if we try to pull it up.")
    • Create weak impressions of connection in a subject ("Why do I keep getting this nagging feeling that he's my enemy?")
  • Level 2 - Lesser Divination of Ties That Bind (Free)
    • Jake can divine the relationships between people, objects, even ideas. He could know whether two people are kin, friends, co-workers, or have never even met before. Likewise, he could identify the correct key for a lock from hundreds of keys by seeing the connection the two objects have to one another. Jake can even follow an idea or movement back to its source ("Who's really responsible for this strike?)
    • Jake can follow the threads that binds things together. He could, for instance, follow the the thread from a home to the person who lives in it, or vice versa
  • Level 3 - Lesser Preservations of Ties That Bind (Free)
    • Jake can prevent a tie from being broken; for instance, keeping a couple from divorcing, despite their unhappiness, or stopping a treaty from being broken
    • Like the cat that came back, Jake can keep people from becoming free from something they wish to get rid of ("Dammit, didn't I tell you to shred those files three times already?")
    • Jake can prevent a binding from being broken; shackles, for instance, or a lock that binds a door closed.
  • Level 4 - Lesser Creation of Ties That Bind (1 DMP)
    • Create social ties between people--friendship, emnity, love (but not Love), respect, etc.
    • Bind two or more physical objects; for instance, a person's shoes and the floor
    • Create social contracts ("I'm legally married to who?)
  • Level 5 - Lesser Destruction and Major Divination of Ties That Bind (2 DMP)
    • Temporarily destroy the bond between two people (bond can be rebuilt through time and energy invested into the relationship)
    • Objects lose adhesiveness, friction fails to hold nails or bolts together, etc.
    • Annul any social contract
    • Divine what ties might be formed if certain actions were taken
    • Study the ties around an event and guess what actions those involved might take
  • Level 6 - Lesser Changes and Major Preservations of Ties That Bind (4 DMP)
  • Level 7 - Major Creations of Ties That Bind (4 DMP)
  • Level 8 - Major Destructions of Ties That Bind (8 DMP)
  • Level 9 - Major Changes of Ties That Bind (8 DMP)
