Serrakeen

Serrakeen is an ifrit and the leader of one of the tribes that serves the circle. He is an affable man, and recently came to an agreement with Rivers Between Us to share the Flame-bond Forge, a fire aspected manse that Serrakeen would like to use to shelter his people. Rivers, for his part, needs the hearthstones to power his creations and the essence to fuel a solar forge.
