Solon Massoukis

Massoukis was a crew mate of Nika Earhart on the Stella Luna (a fast gun boat) before she flew on the Harbinger. Massoukis has since kept up with many of his Browncoat allies, and is a self described Dust Devil. He gave the crew the job to take EMP devices to Beaumonde for Nguyen.
