This sword acts as a magical +3 sword against most creatures, but acts as a +6 sword (to-hit and damage) against fire-using/dwelling creatures.
The sword acts as a Ring of Fire Resistance for the wielder in addition.
It will extinguish normal flames when it comes in contact with them, and will have a 50% chance of extinguishing a Wall of Fire.
