The World Tree/Rhunvarf

Rhunvarf, now dwindling in citizens and resources, was once a major magic center for wizards, warlocks, and sorcerers alike within the World Tree campaign. Found in Kelmorn in Ikhael, Rhunvarf (translated to "Rune Hound") holds the largest deposit of study and natural harnessing of magic, gaining its name from the magically influenced wildlife within the area.

Faern Thunderspike, founder of Rhunvarf and one of the many clearers of the Underdark, has helped influence Rhunvarf to slight prosperity. During the Time of Chaos, Rhunvarf has been laid under siege by many different creatures from within the Wilds nearby, with the citizens of the small village rebuilding after each raid. The village holds a library long abandoned, a tavern (known as "the tavern"), and Skolemur Keep, located within the Wilds nearby.
