Phoebe, the Judge

History

Phoebe is one of the twin sisters of society. She and her sister Paragon are the daughters of Yedan and Klesthes. Her birth is linked to the birth of civilisation.

Phoebe is a symbol of fair judgement. She is pure and honest. As such, the Cerulean Host fear her just as much as the mortals do, for to have her pass judgement is revealing and irrevocable. Only those with a pure heart and conscience can approach Phoebe without fear. Phoebe has no responsibility for the consequences of her judgements. Paragon handles repercussions for the City States and if necessary other gods may be called upon in other situations.
