Background/Bio[edit]
Dodgy Tim was the son of a humble couple in the shoemaking business. When he wasn't playing with some of the other neighbourhood children, he was learning the craft from his parents. One day, he came back to discover his home was ablaze, and through the wreckage found his parents, who didn't make it. Gathering what remained, Tim took to the streets and ingratiated himself with other capable children.
His small stature and decent-quality shoes make it easy for him to deliver packages and messages between urchins. With access to urchins all around the city, he wants to solve the mystery behind the fire.
