Vladimir Byshek
Vladimir Byshek is an ambitious fixer based out of New Hope. He has the trappings of organized crime, and looks like a man who wants to look impressive. Despite being a big fish in a very small pond (New Hope is not a major planet), he manages a decent lifestyle. He has bodyguards, a fancy hovercar, and access to considerable means.
