The City is a cosmopolitan place built around the Palaces of the Gods, and is the birthplace of humans, elves, goblins, dragons, and every other species that inhabits the planet that was not created in a sorcerer's laboratory. Whether dwarf, orc, treant or manticore, anyone can find a place that will welcome their kind, if they are willing to pay the price. And there's always someone coming after your treasure.
