This article is the list of merits for the Last Emperor, a D20 Dragonstar campaign converted to the Storytelling system.
These merits are all generated to duplicate the racial abilities, class features and general feats of the races and classes from D&D and the Dragonstar rules. These have been generated to balance against each other, but not necessarily balanced against the carfully designed metits of the NWoD book and supplements.
In general most feats and class features are 2 dot merits, increasing by one dot for each prerequisite. Most racial abilities are a one dot merit, though some have been translated into skills.

- Last Emperor: Merit: Blind-fight 2 dots
- Last Emperor: Merit: Darkvision 2 dots
- Last Emperor: Merit: Fighting Style: Power Weapon attack 1 - 4 dots
- Last Emperor: Merit: Fighting Style: Gun-fu 1 - 4 dots
- Last Emperor: Merit: Magic Resistance 2+ dots
- Last Emperor: Merit: Rage 1 - 5 dots
- Last Emperor: Merit: Sneak Attack: 2 or 4 dots
- Last Emperor: Merit: Toughness 1+ dots
