INDEPENDENT VILLAINS

• Bandit: wearing an advanced tech suit that allows him to run at speed close to the speed of sound. Operates mostly in the southern west coast region, acting as a bank robber and snatch and grab expert.
• Captain Communist: at one time the premier Soviet state superhero, with the collapse of the Soviet Union he went rogue and smuggled himself into the U.S. were he took up a life of crime to live a life of luxury. He is a powerful crime boss out of San Fiasco, CA that has no care about anyone or anything but himself.
• Doctor Apocalypse: Perhaps the most powerful metahuman on the planet, his power and genius are only exceeded by his arrogance and magnolia. Controls Nacht Island, 80 miles off the southern coast of China
• Dr. DNA: Dr. DNA's Compact
• Dragonhand: a mystical martial artist, who can generate fire around his hands to burn his opponents badly. It is said that he maintains his power through the drinking of the blood of his victims!
• Madame Crystal Frigia: a French master machinist who created an ice and cold generator pack that she uses to commit terrorist actions against the French and European governments.
• Motivator: said to be one of the most powerful telepaths and psychics in the world, she is almost one of the most amore person alive. Controlling others with a mere thought, she sees people as simple things to get her things.
• Mountain Man: a Giant who lives and operates in and around the woods and backcountry of the Pacific Northwest, he stands around 12 feet tall and is super-humanly strong and resist to damage. He is wanted for multiple murders of anyone he runs across, claiming the woods as “his” and allowing no trespassers.
• Mystic: Evil sorceress who carries a magical staff that allows her great control over mystical forces. Operates mostly in Europe and the east coast of the U.S.
• Nightstalker: Ninja (?) who appears to have limited teleportation and illusionary powers and carries a deadly sword that can cut through almost anything. Runs a Yakuza gang in Tokyo Japan, but often operates on the West Coast of America
• Shadow Dragon: Ninja (?) who appears to have limited teleportation and illusionary powers and carries a deadly sword that can cut through almost anything. Runs a Yakuza gang in Tokyo Japan, but often operates on the West Coast of America
• Vibron: unknown man who wears a suit that can generate tremendous amounts of vibration and kinetic force. Allows him to move across the ground quickly (due to a lack of friction) and to even pass through walls!
