- Miracle War: the superhuman angle of the Cold War turns red hot as, for reasons unbeknownst to the public, CATs clash and even national superteams become involved. As the conflict escalates, the existence of secret SPB-development programs comes to light. The conflict almost spills over into the Third World War before a truce is declared.
