Found in Kelmorn in Ikhael, Rhunvarf (translated to "Rune Hound") holds the largest deposit of study and natural harnessing of magic, gaining its name from the magically influenced wildlife within the area.
Faern Thunderspike, founder of Rhunvarf and one of the many clearers of the Underdark, has helped influence Rhunvarf to slight prosperity.
