Captain Rose is an Aerenal Half-Elf whom is the adopted nephew of Captain Jarlot. Apparently a combination of Eroll Flynn, Carry Elwes, and Orlando Bloom in looks. Captain Rose is something of a pretty boy. A Rogue-Bard multi-class character, he's not exactly the most fearsome warrior on the Forgotten Freedom and instead relies on his wits to get him through his daily survival.
Rose is an incurable womanizer but has little affection for booze. Instead, preferring elvish tap water...err wine.
