- SD-2 - The Chains
- A tavern favored by those who bought and sold beings in the great plaza nearby. The bar was fashioned from wood taken from an old auction block – still stained with blood and bearing the iron fittings that the unfortunates had been shackled to. The ceiling was festooned with chains and manacles of various metals, sizes, and ages, from which hung lanterns that lit the place. Used by The Cartel as a place of business for their legitimate aspects.
