Blood Claws

The Blood Claws are the result of Harath Clawblade gathering together six or seven of the local bandit gangs together to form a small army of maybe as many as 200, but the numbers may be off. It has so far managed to destroy one Brelish village, with as many as 67 dead, and cowed the others nearby into paying tribute.
So far the Brelish Army has been unable to rout them, due to their ability to merely disperse till the incursion was over. Rewards have been posted by the Army for taking down any of them, especially the leaders.
