An ancient flame wyrm, Utvar is the leader of the island and the chief inceptor of the Flame Lodge.

Active Volcano: This is the lair of Kiskutavar and the location of the Flame Lodge
Northern Mountains: There are lairs of three fledges and a nursery lair.
