Russell Ortiz

Profile: A former Systems Alliance officer, Russell enlisted in 2176. He led a Marine Reconnaisance team during the operation on Torfan, coming out of that brutal conflict with a medal for valour and a commission. Received an honourable discharge in 2181 and has been working to build up Penumbra Securities since that time.
