He was actually a graduate Koom (phonetically spelled to get around the editing mechanism) Laude at Morgrave as a History Major. He ended up on the Forgotten Freedom when he was kidnapped by Volrath for use in an experiment. Volrath got sidetracked and Gerald managed to escape the holding pens. He quickly found Erk's place and quickly racked up a respectable bar tab for three days. Then Silence made him pay off this tab by working as a bottomless dancer in Erk's Place. He is a very, very unfortunate man.
