The Forgotten Freedom is a pirate airship in a world based on the Eberron settingfrom Wizards of the Coast (WotC). It originated as a humor thread listing the Rules that the crew must obey and the penalties for transgresions. The original rules still be found in the WotC forums 1001+ Things that the worst party in Eberron is forbidden from doing. This thread was created by Charles Phipps on 09-23-05 when he posted the first 100 rules and a small introduction. It quickly grew reaching 1001 rules in a single day. Now with over 3000 posts and close to 6000 rules, the thread has developed into a chain story of both humorous and serious plots developed by many contibuters. The Crew has been fleshed out and over time expanded so far that it is hard to keep track of the various plots and characters. It has since been continued in The New Adventures of the Forgotten Freedom, and after reaching 200 pages, the story continued in the new thread Forgotten Freedom Vol. 3: The Saga Continues.
Introduction[edit]
To make it easier to access and read the majority of the post from the original thread will be placed here. This will include Rules, Crew, Plot lines, a Contributor list, and Other Content. Much like the thread this site will be continually growing and changing. Any additional contibutions are best made in the original thread and the information from it can be carried over to this site once it has posted there.
