DL-1 - Amphisbanae (Tavern)

A tavern in Darklane with an exotic decor that serves as a den for users of various mind-altering substances. The place has become a refuge for elves in the city, who congregate here, smoking the potent dream-weed and trying to forget their people and the lives they left behind. Specializes in strange & exotic drinks, including expensive imported wines. Un-official headquarters of The Dark Veins smuggler's guild.

Necromancer’s Guild. Very popular. Run by Adixiam Pellow, a female human necromancer. Adixiam’s school is a powerful magical guild in Blackport, and as a result, she has been granted the status of a noble of the City.

DL-5 - Collegium Alchemia, Potiones, & Venena

Alchemy, Potions & Poisons Guild. Run by Zedicus Idore. His poisons are in very high demand by the assassins’ guilds in Blackport.

DL-6 - Onyx House

Home of Tristesse. Owned by Nunzju Giulia, a halfling. Guarded by Cikku Nax, a vulkul warrior from the northern reaches of the Frozen Wastes. Also home to Dasyra, a sprite.
