A Star Wars adventure using the Fate Core system.

Story[edit]

Upon the eve of the final battles against the Confederacy and the Forces of Count Dooku, you and your fellow Jedi aboard the Venator cruiser Liberator, in command of 12 Jedi Commanders and 10,000 crack clone troops, leapt into hyperspace, hoping to finally end this brutal war and return to your status as peacekeepers. You are all the finest troops the Republic has to offer - your task force includes civilian aides, intelligence adjutants, technicians, researchers, even a diplomatic staff, lead by a Senator, that works to reintegrate liberated worlds into the Republic. You are all battered, scarred, but living examples of the best that the democracy and ideals of the Republic has to stand for, an answer to the charges of corruption and nepotism that Count Dooku (an enemy that you have faced a number of times) has levelled against the nation that you love.

As your fleet has entered Hyperspace for the battle at Coruscant, answering the Supreme Chancellor's distress call, there was a fluctuation, and a timeless pause. The eternity lasted an instant. Then, you dropped out of hyperspace...

To witness the destruction of Alderaan.

Wisely, you immediately jumped back to Hyperspace, to a nearby nebula, to hide, and consider options.

The Holonet is blocked off. You seem to have been displaced approximately 30 or so years into the future, to see your beloved Republic replaced by a Galactic Empire, opposed only by a rag tag insurrection that calls itself the Rebel Alliance. The Jedi have been declared traitors and exterminated. You are all in dire peril.
