Gundam Stories[edit]
Background[edit]
It is 50 years since mankind due to population pressures has begun to emigrated to space and now many giant space colonies in orbit. People lived in space, worked and raised families and died. It is Universal Century 079 and the colony group furthest from the Earth side 3 has declared independence from the federation and launched a war to ensure it is able to secede, what followed was a short brutal fight in which nearly half of the respective populations died.
The war descended into a stalemate neither side was able to gain an advantage over the other, and there was no end in sight.
After a long pause, both sides attempted to find an advantage over each other designing new weapons and developing new tactics. One of these was a special operations unit deployed by the federation officially designated 86th MS Forward Recon Team, the rest of the federation forces call them scum and turncoats, the Zeon consider them a bunch of traitors and criminals.
They are the Stalkers, whatever mission they will accomplish it by fair means or foul.
