Origin

Charles Langdon grew up in a poor household on the outskirts of London, he is the only child in the family to go to school and get an education. Academics are where he excelled and achieved success. He was pulled out of public schools at a young age and thrust into private education. This is where he met his life long friend Lord Robert Stevens.

Upon graduating from Sexton Academy, they both went to University of Cambridge, boarding together on campus and solidifying their friendship. Charles double majored in Mathematics and History, throwing himself into his studies.

In 1893, graduated early, and went on to pursue his higher doctorate in Science. While pursuing this course of education Charles found his future bride Amelia Hernstine.

In 1895, left his course work and went to establish Stevens Corporation with his childhood friend.

In 1896, in a spring time ceremony Charles wed his beautiful bride Amelia Hernstine.

In 1897 was named Godfather of John Stevens, first-born child of Robert and Emily Stevens. After the disappearance of baby John Stevens, he led the search efforts while the family grieved. He hired many private investigators with little results. The search almost bankrupted the Stevens Corporation with the financial drain.

In 1904, welcomed his first child Amanda into the world, unfortunately his dear wife Amelia died soon after as a result of the stress of childbirth.

In 1909, on a vacation in Scotland with Amanda, received news of the sudden death of Robert and Emily Stevens, named executor of the estate and sole owner of Stevens Corporation.

In 1912, Found [John Stevens at the Circus Jungle Boy].
