Bailey and the Sea

Currently this group is fairly independent.

Ellis, Carl

(played by Chaz Engan)

Now moved here to Inactive Players

Herlihy, Patrick (Father)

An Irish Catholic with the Order of the Eternal Vigil. A serious, academic fellow. He joined with the group May, 1932 when they stopped in Italy on their way to Russia.

Jack, Redland

(played by Robby Bullis)

Jack was a professor of economics in England. He is a gaunt man, clean-shaven with a short, not particularly stylish haircut. He generally dresses in a shabby, old-fashioned suit typical of academia. He joined the group in December 1931. He is an intelligent (and intellectual) sort of fellow. He is frequently contrary and often takes the opposite position on issues from everyone else. He considers himself witty. He tends to alternate between brash outspokenness and humble apologetics. Redland has poor self-esteem, and he suffers from bouts of severe depression. His long string of failures, coupled with his contact with Outsiders, has left him looking a bit 'hollowed out'.

Mueller, Henrik

(played by John Kim)

An artist from Germany, who was hired to sketch the landscape of Sandø Island in December 1931, bringing him into contact with Ellis' expedition there. Henrik had dropped out of high school to volunteer in the Great War, then did odd jobs after the war until he got a job to help sketch findings with an Egyptological expedition. He could not find work upon returning to Germany, and emigrated to England where he is currently staying with his English uncle.

The Elders

Currently this group might be considered "Spanish" in its orientation.

Chandler, Edward

(played by James Johnston)

Industrialist, one time presidential candidate. The general public believes that Chandler is missing - presumed dead, but the US government is secretly looking for him -- to bring him to trial for crimes of high treason against the US.

Christian, Fletcher

(played by Brett Heppes)

A high-ranking member of the Seelie Court, and representative of The Queen of Air and Darkness in the world outside the court. Fletcher's origins are clouded in mystery - though it is clear from context that in the past he has been associated with the British Navy.

Cohen, Amanda

(played by Jeri Bandy-MacNeil)

The Principle of Illumination, currently residing in Tibet where she is head of the Black Monks. Her birthday is Feb 19th.

Grimaldi, Antonio

(played by Kevin McHale)

Previously a medical student, and sometime rumrunner in the 1920s -- Tony is now a man of the world, searching out and experimenting with the more dark aspects of the Mythos.

Nora Nadell

(played by Claire Engan)

An American film actress.

Scott, Andrew

(played by Ken Perata)

(no description)

Scott, Maxine

(played by Renee Solberg)

Egyptologist and one of the only women ever to be initiated into a Bedouin Warrior Brotherhood -- she is a curious mix of strength and confidence, and innocence. She is married to Andrew Scott, and the girlfriend of Edward Chandler.

Weiss, Theo

(played by Steve Hill)

Harry Houdini's brother -- Theo has retired from the stage, to work with Carl in an attempt to hinder the arrival of the Outside Ones. Theo's actions over the last six months have begun to cause others to doubt both his sanity and the morality of his decisions.

White, Andrew

(played by Brett Heppes)

Importer of luxury goods between the US and Cuba. Maintains a plantation home in Cuba, and worked extensively with Carl Ellis' people in 1929 and early 1930. Current location presumed to be Cuba.

The Irish Rose

Currently, this group is quite new to "The Fight."

Clark, Lila

alias Rosie

(Played by John)

A 30-or-so woman moved to Detroit working as hostess at the Irish Rose speakeasy owned by Daniel Macklin. Friends with Katie Flynn.

Ecker, DeWitt

(Played by Scott)

A thin balding man in his 60s, Dr. DeWitt Ecker is more accurately called an ex-doctor, as he appears to have been disbarred for ... sketchy practices. He is well-educated and is known to have a poor bedside manner. He started to become involved when he encountered some strangeness at the Irish Rose, August 1, 1932.

Grayson, Victor

alias Quiet Vic

(Played by Robby Bullis)

An athletic man in his 20s, Victor has abandoned his (oh so bleak) fate as a farmer, and makes his way in the world gambling. Victor has had some boxing success, fighting in the Middleweight division. His luck with dicing has improved in this Age of Miracles. He started to become involved when he encountered some strangeness at the Irish Rose, August 1, 1932.

Henderson, Joe

alias The Wall

(Played by Andrew Bond)

A huge burly drifter, former WWI vet working as a bouncer for room and board at the Irish Rose speakeasy.

Lovejoy, Frank

(played by Andrew Cole)

A reporter for the Detroit Evening Times.

O'Keefe, James

(played by Eric)

An ex-cop in his 40s, O'Keefe has fallen on hard times. He seems to be some sort of private investigator. He started to become involved when he encountered some strangeness at the Irish Rose, August 1, 1932.

Walters, Obediah

alias Doc

(played by Stephen Cole)

An alcoholic doctor who makes his living performing odd jobs for the Purple Gang.

Williams, JT

alias Wheels

(Played by Keith)

JT is 25 years old and appears to be some sort of bootlegger. He is a auto enthusiast. He started to become involved when he encountered some strangeness at the Irish Rose, August 1, 1932.

Other Players

Fuller, George

U.S. State Dept. Representative - mysterious government figure intermittently involved in various group's activities.
