Satnak - Bloody mol it hurts... I'm back... You guys have some s'plainin to do.

Ariajni - That- hack wheeze- bastard jarlot stole my pillar.

Satnak - Did i say you could speak?

Ariajni gets dropkicked into thanatos.

Satnak - OK ugly your up who are you and where is Jarlot.

@ Erk's Place: Doog: OKAY, SPORTS FANS! 10 to 1 against Thanatos! 7 to 1 Terra bares her boobies! 15 to 7 Jaela's skirt flips at least once!

Michael: Damn! This "divin-o-vision" thing is kick *****! I toast you Allen!

Allen: You'd make me blush if I had blood. Perhaps... I can remedy that... Here, shirty, shirty, shirty...

The camera pans out and you see many of the lesser crew sitting at the bar surrounding a large scrying mirror keyed to the fight with Thanatos. Doog is taking bets as to who will win and Michael is the commentator on just about everything. Allen is sucking the life out of an unfortunate redshirt. Devon is scribbling something in his little black book.

World Being: As long as they continue drinking at this rate, I don't care what they do.

Ajihazi: But gambling is imoral...

World Being: Yeah, whatever... Drinking was considered imoral for a while there, too...

Ajihazi: Hmmmp... --- In the remnants of the Impenetrable Dome- John: And see, now you are ready to be enlightened...

Ariajni-Clone: And thus it is a fortuitous da- KABOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM

Bits of Ariajni-Clone rain from the sky as he was consumed in an explosion of purity.

John: What have I done? I have destroyed a creature's attempt at enlightenment in this life time. I must meditate. ---

Thanatos: FOOLS! All your base are belong to me! TO ME!

Bunny Lessee here... the sound effect here is "POOF"!

The combatants pause.

Terra: Ummm... "POOF"?

Thanatos: Seriously... what are you doing here?

Bunny: I'm filling in for the SFXbeest. Can you get on with it? You've got thirty more pages of script to go. Oh, fizzlesticks, he's late.

A puff of smoke appears in the center of the combat. Devon and Ajihazi step out of it.

Ajihazi: You will cease and desist fighting.

The Combatants: What?! WHY?

Ajihazi: People are gambling on the outcome of your fight. Gambling *wiggles his eye brows* is imoral.

Thanatos blasts Ajihazi into the wall, leaving him unconcious.

Thanatos: That explains him, now what about you?

Devon: I wrote a poem! A good poem! And I'm going to read it to you! And I'll get laid by Silence if I kill!

Terra: Oh GODS! *Stuffs fingers in ears*

You see reality warp around Devon as the impossibility of him reading the good poem begins to destroy everything around him. Everything begins to distort and warp...

Kanatash: At some point the Entities acutally decided to finalize Jarlot's backstory. They decided he was actually the child of Kyber.

Satnak: How did that happen?

Kanatash: Don't ask me to explain it, even I can't figure out THAT little tryst. Especially considering by all the accounts I know Kyber was MALE and we've met Jarlot's FATHER.

Satnak: You don't think that could mean Jarlot Sr. is really...

Kanatash: Sweet Xoriat I hope not. We have enough problems already. Anyway it seems Ariajni tried to set up an evil version of the silver flame that would allow him to channel the full power of Kyber. Unfortunately Jarlot got to it first and took it over as a child of Kyber. Now he's planning to concure/destroy Eberron. Oh, he went all mellodramatic too and decided to rename himself, "Thantos."

Satnak: Drama Queen.

Kanatash: I know.

Satnak: So what now?

Kanatash: Well, we need to stop Jarlot somehow of course. Killing is optional, its the stopping thats important. Stripping that new power from him seems like a good start and reasealing Kyber in the process would be nice.

Satnak: What assets do we have?

Kanatash: 13 just gated in an alternate version of himself from Caralot's dimension, I have the legions of Xoriat behind me along with whatevers left of the mutant pokemon army, any of the crew that's still standing, and you.

Satnak: Out of all those people does anyone have a plan?

Kanatash: Nary a one, unless you count, "hit it until it stops moving" or "die valorously in battle."

13: Ah, I can help there: Progenitor dragons have no gender. Look at me, can you tell if I even have one? I don't. I am neither male nor female. I refer to Khyber as my mother because it is a convenient word to describe the relationship. We have massive creation power, we don't really need to use your silly "sexual intercourse" to create offspring, even with mortals.

Satnak: Whew! That cleared a load out of my mind.

13: Of course, this is Khyber we're talking about. Could be even worse.

Satnak: Like……  Aw :censored:!

13: My advice is not to think too much about it.

Captain Jarlot Senior: Actually, there's a funny story about that.

Kanatash: I shudder to ask....

Captain Jarlot Senior: Well sadly, my equipment stopped working when I was attacked by a Bullete one day and...

Kanatash: GAH!

Captain Jarlot Senior: blah blah blah dirty and needlessly graphic details blah blah blah blah....and I decided to adopt a child.

Kanatash: Uh huh.

Captain Jarlot Senior: So I decided to adopt a child that was the child of King Kaius and a Seren barbarian woman. Little realizing that this had been the product of a 10,000 year old breeding program to create circumstances to produce an offspring of Khyber and the physical world.

Kanatash: I hate RPG physics...

Captain Jarlot Senior: And that's the Post-Crisis Jarlot origin.

Kanatash: Well in any case, its not going to be long until Jarlot is destroyed. So it's not really a problem.

Captain Jarlot Senior: I'm afraid you made a rather dramatic error there Kanatash.

Kanatash: How so?

Captain Jarlot Senior: You sent MULTIPLE Daelkyr and monsters to attack Jarlot.

Kanatash: ...And?

Captain Jarlot Senior: It's an example of the Ninja law.

Ninja Jaela: Hmmmm?

Captain Jarlot Senior: A single ninja is a serious threat to an opponent. However, twelve ninjas are pretty easy to defeat.

Kanatash: I think the Lords of MADNESS are a bit different than people fighting in their pajamas.

 • The head of Willy Wonka bounces past them*

Kanatash: GAH!

Captain Jarlot Senior: Well, its possible that law doesn't apply to this situation but its pretty damn clear that Thanatos is beating the living shavit out of them.

Kanatash: Well in any case, even if they lose, we win. The dimensional barriers of Xoriat and Shelvaresh will grow close and the Rajahs bonds will weaken the more that monstrouscity fights. If we can't have the world...no one will.

Arijani: Terra and Lisa....you two actually think that I'm going to be such easy prey to you?

Terra: That's the idea?

Arijani: *mutters a Heal spell as his flesh starts to heal over the burned bone and flesh* I'm afraid that its not going to be that easy. I'm still a demigod and because of my pact with Khyber, I cannot be slain by any mortal weapon.

Terra: Well then we'll have to just find some IMMORTAL ones.

Arijani: You do resemble your mother you know....dear Gaia was a poor fool. So was her husband.

Lisa: SHUT UP...

Arijani: You really don't GET it do you? The Lords of Dust are not the simpering fools from Xoriat that think that just because they bemoan insanity for a thousand years, that they are somehow the masters of creation. EVERYTHING in your entire lifespan is part of our larger design. Since the dawn of the Demon Wars before we began the Blood War with Xoriat, the Devils and Rajahs have been the architects of the Dragon Prophecy that dominates your existence.

Terra: I don't believe in fate.

Arijani: Then believe in this. When I was still a young Rakashasa, newborn the spawn of my father the Rajah Ravana and avatar of the Fury on my homeworld of Htrae, I came to this world to test my strength and I did it on a small band of adventurers....

 • An illusion appeared of Terra's father as she saw his neck in the hands of Arijani and then it SNAPPED with a sickening crack*

Terra: DAMN YOU!

Arijani: I was wounded that day but the vengeance of a Rakashasa doesn't end with the murder of its participants. You fool druids think that it was a natural progression of the Church of the Silver Flame to become the group of intolerant fanatics that it is. Wrong. I spent centuries whispering in the ears of clerics the horrors of lycanthropes and nurtured their fears and bigotries. Of what was different. As one of the Lords of Nightmare I twisted everything they believed in all for the purpose of eventually bringing down fire and wrath onto your village....

Terra: I don't believe you....

Arijani: and how your mother would have been horrified when her daughter was lead down the path of evil. You think you perform a public service by reducing and controlling the wickedness you find. In truth, you just bring order from the chaos that serves our plans as well. Kronzen was ours as well and it was simplicity to arrange your creation.....eventually you will give birth Lisa....and that child I shall sit on a throne of skulls in Thrane.

Lisa: SHUT UP!

 • she charged*
 • Arijani then electrocutes her with a Lightning Bolt spell that sends her flying backwards and bouncing across the ground as he chuckles and conjures a flaming sword*

Arijani: That child will be born from me forcing myself on her after I've killed you.

Satnak - You know something... Immortality sucks when your life is pain.

Ariajni - You impudent upart mortal.

Satnak - Oh sit down.

Satnak rips off one of Ariajni's legs.

Ariajni - GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Satnak - Get Lisa back up. I'll wail on this guy until someone gets an idea about how to deal with tall dark and cliche over there.

Volrath storms over to Arijani. Volrath: I can abide you killing, soul-sucking, and miaming. You are a demon after all; it's in your nature. I cannot however stand and let you hurt someone I love. Arijani: What can you do? I've already bested some of those who even you would admit are stronger than you. Volrath: I can call apon a true god. Arijani: Oh please. I know who you are. Your father would love for everything you charish to be destroyed in one fel swoop like this. Then he could have his oh so dear son back. Volrath: Wrong god. *looks up to the heavens* Hastur! Arijani: You wouldn't dare! Volrath: Hastur! Kanatash: Nephew, he was sealed for a reason! Nalfien: No, don't do it! Both of them leap at Volrath. Volrath: Hastur!!! Just an instant too late, they tackle him as he utters the last syllable. All clouds clear from the sky. Flying demons crumple into dust. A perfectly clear stary night sky is revealed. Kanatash and Nalfien: Oh ****! Out of the nothingness descend numberless byakhee, flapping their bat-like wings. Clutched in their clawed hands are the bloated forms of Hastur's chosen. Also gliding down on their own gigantic membranous wing come no less than twenty of Hastur's spawn. All of these creatures the Forgotten Freedom's crew had already defeated or atleast survived. None of them posed any real threat to Arijani or the ubers, such as Kanatash. What terrified them was the cloaked figure effortlessly descending from the heavens along with these monsters. It was him in all his tattered glory. It was the King in Yellow. It was Hastur.

 • MSTing of this*

Tom Servo: OH holy hell, HASTUR....

Joel: DON'T SAY THE NAMMEEEEEE....

Crow: Is it just me or did we leave watching Forgotten Freedom and suddenly start watching Crisis on Infinite Earths?

Tom Servo: Or Wrestlemania!

Crow: But yeah, Eberron is humped.

Tom Servo: They could always summon Superman Jarlot.

Crow: Or Chuck Norris Jarlot.

The half Giant Cooky remains in the shadows, observing beings of supreme power about to fall into conflict...clutched in his hand is a stone slab taken long ago on his sabatical to Xendrik...it is a rune from a giant ruin. This tablet is an activator for an ancient device...he prays to the soverigns he doesn't have to use it...prays that none of this was happening...and realizing...killing a foe is not the way to end this conflict...and the difference between love and an obsession. It was time to stop being such a child and do something worth a damn with his life.

Norbaz: Going to have to blindly turn this on. Not yet...gotta wait for the moment...

Seeing everything and preparing, he had one thing...the activation rune for an eldritch device from the ancient civilizations of the giants. From before the age of the demon kingdom...A powerful device not used for many a millenium. Just waiting...his eyes lit up when he saw Satnak again enterting the fray. A distraction. He dropped beside the knocked out Lisa and rapidly approaching Terra.

Norbaz: Potions of Heal, drink up. Things are about to get really dicey.

Bunny: And this guy is supposed to be…?

Silver: What's up with the yellow thing, anyway? What, is he expecting Green Lanterns or something?

13: I see you came back.

Silver: I hitched a ride with Thyrs when you called him. Caralot says hi. She also sent back this.

Silver reaches into her jacket and pulls out a small journal. She opens it, and 13 and Bunny crowd around.

Silver: I believe she expected this to be used on Ariajni. As things are, it works to our advantage three-fold.

Bunny: :OMG! I didn't think this thing could exist. You'd think it would spring to life.

13: *motionless squeak*

Bunny: You broke him. The one thing that can break even the mind of Non-existant entity.

Silver: Glad we don't have any parents who can go at it.

Bunny: So are just supposed to show them the pictures…Ariajni—

Silver: Essentially a spawn of Khyber.

Bunny: Jarlot—

Silver: A confirmed spawn of Khyber.

Bunny:  Not going to do anything to Hastur.

Silver: You just have to turn to this page.

Bunny reads the page vvvvveeeeeerrrrrrryyyyyyy sssssssllllllloooooowwwwwllllllyyyyyy.

Bunny: Okay. Now I know it's so much easier being the aspect of death. :P Never have to come up with that stuff. :yuck: This is seriously going to mess with the ship dynamics.

Silver: Speak for yourself. I can't wait to get Hastur into bed.

Bunny: (pause) The really dirty thing about that is you aren't talking about yourself.

Hastur: Behold my magnificence and despair. I am the Great Old One known as Hastur. On my homeland, I was a wizard but in the ancient times as my people came to slowly appreciate the true absurdity of the universe....I breathed in the entirety of their souls and became the incarnation of everything my race ever was or ever shall be.

Jarlot: *slowly assumes his human like appearance as the five heads of Khyber retreat into his body. He is surrounded by the bodies of dead demons and Daelkyr about him* You act like I should be impressed.

Hastur: All whom understand the Yellow Sign fear it, Pirate.

Jarlot:I gain strength from EVERY life I take and the power of the dead around me has given me even MORE power. I became the equal of a Rajah today and with these dead Daelkyr.....I SHALL BECOME A GOD LIKE NO OTHER! I have no comprehension of the word fear.

Hastur: Then let me teach it to you.

 • Hastur and Jarlot begin summoning energy and throwing it at one another in a crackling duel of electricity that flows against one another*

Hastur: You are powerful amongst these insects but lack a perspective of scale. You being able to crush the Daelkyr means only that you are like a mouse to flees....and I am the cat!

Jarlot: Bring it on.

 • he pulled out his soul sword even as he used it to reflect the lightning while he continued pouring on his power, slowly moving towards the King in Yellow to engage him in mortal combat*

It was all so much to take in the span of a few moments. Terra had always prided herself on choosing her own path, on making her life her own. It was all a lie. Every last bit of it. Even as she watched Satnak dueling with Ariajni, even as Volrath desperately tried to get her attention, even as the love of her life lay unconscious behind her, even as Hastur and Thanatos duked it out, even as Norbaz muttered something to her, she felt nothing. No fear, no anger, not even sadness. What was the point anymore? She no longer knew who she was, what she lived for, or even why she bothered to continue breathing. Everything she had worked for, everything she had accomplished. All a lie.

(the following takes place in Terra's head in the span of like 30 seconds, 'game' time)

???: So you're just giving up?

The voice was so familiar, yet Terra simply couldn't recognize it. It spoke again.

???: This isn't like you, Terra. I didn't raise you to just give in.

Terra: ...Mom?

Gaia: That's better.

Terra: Where are you? Is this a dream? Have I finally snapped?

Gaia laughed in that comforting way Terra had missed so much.

Gaia: None of the above. I knew that your life would bring you great pain, and I could do nothing to stop it. But you can. You are strong beyond what you know. Already, you have begun to unravel the chains of fate he bound you in.

Terra: I...don't understand. I did what he wanted. You are dead because of him, and I practically became his lackey!

Gaia: That was before. What about now? You have felt it, have you not? The darkness that possessed you is slowly giving way to a glorious light.

Terra: What?

Gaia: I never told you what I really was. Now is not the time, but let me fill you in on something. When I found you, it was not only your body, but your soul as well that was broken. I repaired it with a bit of my own.

Terra: You may as well have let me die...

Gaia: Never say that again! Your life has never once been worthless. Yes, you chose evil. Yes, you did as he wanted. But that has changed.

Terra: I have nothing left...

Gaia: Have you forgotten already? You have people who still need you, who still love you. Volrath thinks the world of you. You have taught him so much. If you simply give up, he will never recover. And what of Lisa? She loves you more than life itself. What will happen to her? You heard what Ariajni said. Will you let him do that?

She pauses in thought for a moment. The paralysis that gripped her faded as she felt the cage fate had wrought for her shatter.

Terra: ...No.

At this thought, a burning rage begins building. Her spirit rekindled, a new power flows through her.

Terra: *balling her fists* I promised her I would protect her with my life. He might break my body, fry my mind, shred my soul, but I will never relent! He will not have her!

Ariajni: You have improved since I kicked your ass.

Satnak:   I'm just getting started.

Ariajni: Your resistance is sti-

He is cut off by a blow to the face. It sends him flying into a pillar, his face burned by a wound that refuses to heal. As he looks up he sees an unearthly glow surround Terra, divine and arcane power flowing from her body. Behind her back, the faint outline of one angelic and one devil wing can be seen.

Terra: You have destroyed everything I held dear. You manipulated me, used me, and now that I finally find happyness, you want that too. No more. I am not your plaything, and you will die by my hand.

Satnak - Lets not take any chances this time.

Shhhccriip, Satnak pulls the flesh from The leg she ripped off Ariajni earlier.

Satnak - Beat his brains out with his own thigh bone. I think that should cover the no mortal weapons thing. GRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH it hurts.

Terra - What?

Satnak - -wheeze- Take the bone and smash him.

Hastur: NOTHING YOU CAN THROW AT ME WILL DESTROY ME! I AM BEYOND THE LAWS OF PHYSICS AND TIME!

Jarlot: The will of Eberron, Siberys, and Khyber is that NO gods exist in this land but they....which is why no matter HOW strong you are Hastur....

 • he grew closer and closer*

Hastur: It's...not....possible

Jarlot: I AM THE ONLY GOD MANIFEST!

 • He throws a dozen +5 blades into the air with various demon slaying abilities as he grabs each to strike at Hastur with before switching as he finishes the fifteenth strike with the full focused power of his divine energy*

Hastur: NO...I'm...

Jarlot: Just an avatar....

 • Hastur's yellow cloaked figure over two hundred feet tall then explodes into a dozen pieces*
 • Jarlot's smoked and charred body hits the ground beside him*

Ketler: Is he dead?

Kanatash: No, I'm afraid not. Look....

 • Hastur's body slowly turns to shadow as it slinks towards the Ebon flame and then the column of fire becomes a mammoth blaze equal to the size of the one in Flamekeep*
 • Jarlot rapidly begins healing before their very eyes*

Jarlot: I AM THE END OF TIME!

Ketler: You're history....dad.

 • The Mi-Go canon then hits him head onwards as it seems then....to be absorbed into his body*

Kanatash: It's no good. He's developing immunity to most spell power because of his nature and the reduction of damage. As long as he's plugged directly into the flame he can draw on it directly.

Ketler: Jaela's plugged into the Silver Flame and she's not a demigod.

Kanatash: That's because Good is Dumb.

Jarlot: I have shown you far too much mercy. Can you not hear it? The silence? The Ebon Flame is reaching across all hearts of everyone in Eberron now. I've won. The Quori's Obelisks will serve as a channel for my will and all of Sarlona's people obey ME now rather than they. The spirits of the Mourning flow into the flame as it gives me the strength to hold myself in the will of every heart in Khovaire. Argonessan's dragons will flee rather than fight another war. Xen'drick is not even worth discussing. I RULE THE WORLD.

You will now join me...or die.

Jaela: And if I refuse to join you? Will you kill me?

Jarlot: JAella......with Aerith's spirit inside you.

The Silver Flame positively glowed about her as it had placed all of its strength into the pair in hopes of stopping the new Age of Demons.

Satnak - Listen Jarlot you may be a god but your a new one.

Jarlot - Not even you can stop me wench.

Satnak - You have no power.

Jarlot - What madness do you speak? has the pain of your change collapsed your last vestige of logic?

Satnak - Hardly, a diety's power and influence is drawn from belief as evidenced by the number of heretics who maintain their powers.

Jarlot - So what?

Satnak - I don't belive in your power. You did not study, or train, it is not yours. Thus I do not believe it can affect me. You can affect others because you have intimidated them into believing in your power. I refuse to think that you can just steal a little torch and suddenly overshadow my years of blood, sweat, and long nights. I know Jarlot as a drunken idiot, as such you have no power over me. I DENY YOUR GOD HOOD. As for your dark angel...

Satnak blinks out thenre-appears behind the false Aerith.

Satnak - I owe Andrea one for Finding that text on Necrocarnum.

Satnak's traceries glow grey as she stabs 2 fingers into the angel's back.

False Aerith - NNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Her form melts back to that of an exhausted Andrea.

Satnak - Steady there, Marish get her out of here.

Jarlot - NOOOOO come back

Satnak - Oh no you don't

Jarlot recieved... a kick in the face doo-da-doo.

Jarlot: Satnak.....there's something you also need to know.

Satnak: What's that?

Jarlot: You're still a slave to your power as well.

Satnak: What?

Jarlot: All those lonely nights, those long and endless quests, the fruitless searches for power and how it must GAUL you that its provided you less than I won by simple birthright. You wield so much power but in the end, it'll bring you nothing.

Satnak: I'm still stronger...

Jarlot: I'll enjoy my power and USE it Satnak. Unlike you whom simply holds to it. People will love me and fear me at once. I'll have friends, lovers, slaves, kingdoms, and the entire universe as my banquet. You want nothing more than more power. THAT is why I will win in the end.

I WANT it more.

 • He then blasts at Satnak as he focuses*

And I'll add that power to my own to undo all of your arrogant decrees justified by no other truth than your power. My power is my truth as well...but my truth people will RALLY behind.

Jaela: NO DON'T! You'll destroy the world! Can't you see that this won't do anyone any good!

Volrath: Phase one complete. Hastur has been absorbed into the Ebon Flame. Nalfien: How does that help us? Volrath: Hastur now has a spiritual connection to Jarlot. I'm using the obelisks for their original purpose, to bring the realm of dreams back to Eberron. Hastur's *A new avatar and minions appear to be promtly destroyed by Jarlot, but this time taking alittle longer to destroy.* power over reality increases closer to his realm. Eventually he will become powerful enough to wrestle control of the flame from Jarlot. We just have to defend the obelisk. Nalfien: What will we do with an ultra powerful Hastur. Volrath: I have my own way of dealing with Hastur. *fingers small purple crystal* Nalfien: I've got to say it one more time, please. Volrath: Go ahead. Nalfien: Hastur! Hastur is yet again summoned with more special affects. He is yet again killed by Jarlot. This time he managed to do quite a bit of damage before Jarlot killed him and healed. Nalfien: This is fun!

Liam: This is the Mi-Go Cannon that is also directly linked to the weirdness/insanity of the ship and crew (set to area harvest at the moment). In the case of Eberron, a manifest deity is about as weird as possible. So, as you throw more power at him, it makes him stronger, which makes everything weirder, which amps up the Mi-Go Cannon, which pours more power into Thanatos. This seems like a rather destructive cycle. As far as I know, Jarlot may be the "Spawn of Khyber," but he is most likely still human. There must be a limit on what he can take.

Liam looks up with an idea dawning.

Liam: Take the ship down near the Ebon Flame. If we drop the power receiver currently attached to the Mi-Go Cannon into it, he'll begin being saturated with power.

Ketler: Is that a good thing or a bad thing?

Liam: Well, I see this going a few ways. One, we do nothing, he destroys/conquers the world. Two, we drop it in, he overloads and goes boom, hopefully surviving as the happy-go-lucky drunk we love to hate. Three, we drop it in, and he can actually contain and use the power, which ends in the same result as the first option, only quicker. Keep the Cannon trained on him. We'll drop it in when we get close.

Ariajni stared at Terra. He had watched her most of her life, manipulating events around her, bending her to his will as she thought herself free. Only moments before, he felt her mind in chaos, her will weak. After what he had shown her, she was ready to just stand there and die. What had happened?

Then, it hit him. That woman! That accursed Angel! Even in death, she still opposed him! She had guarded Terra from him for far too long before he had forged his sword. Theronas had been his plaything. Giving him the ritual had been a stroke of genius, and he played right into his hand in tormenting Jarlot. The fool could never have pulled it off, anyway. Even though he was a spawn of The Shadow, he was still incompetent... But that Angel! How did she still defy him?!

Another crushing blow lands across his face, followed by a divine blast that seared his flesh. Retaliating, he sent her skidding along the ground with gash marks across her face. Before she even stopped sliding, she flipped backwards and came at him again, her wounds regenerating almost instantly. Blow after blow was traded, and he knew he only had to outlast her. Her power could not continue at this pace.

That is when he felt it. Her tentacles wrapped themselves around his arms and dug in their thorns. Struck with one more blast of holy power, he felt as if his insides were desperately trying to leave. She was draining him! This had to stop now! With a quick headbutt, he managed to free himself enough to bury his right claw into her stomach, meaning to rip out her insides.

A sharp pain to his chest, however, drew his attention. A sword covered in holy flame poked through his torso. His gut felt as if it were melting. Lisa had recovered, and now had the sword of Sutekh buried in his back. Meaning to swat her away, he found himself bound tighter as his claw was forcibly removed from Terra's body. As Terra resumed draining him, Lisa reached around and grabbed his jaws in her hand. She pulled them apart, forcing his mouth wider than it was mean't to go, until pain and a sickening rip preceeded his jaw falling limp, only the skin of his chin keeping it attached. Lisa wrapped her arms around him and activated her graft. Ariajni's screams could be heard throughout the battle field. His eyes sunk, his features hollowed, and his strength left him. Unable to drain more, Terra released his spent body. Lisa still held him tight, preventing his escape.

Terra stood in front of him, pulsing with her stolen power as her wound spilled blood. The black energy swirled about her, concealing her more angelic features. Perhaps this was a blessing in disguise. If his power could corrupt her, she could be a valuable asset...

But it was not to be. The blackness lifted as her body purified it, making it her own. Holding the bone Satnak had torn from his body, she concentrated his transformed power onto it. It morphed into a sword, positively humming with holy power. Simply looking at it caused him great pain. Nearly helpless, he looked on in horror as she swung at him. Lisa released him, causing him to fall, only to be cloven in two mid way.

The weapon, forged of his own flesh and warped by his own purified power combined with his enemies, shattered his hold on life. As his soul left his body, Terra holds out a sapphire Volrath had given her. His soul is drawn into it and torn to pieces in one last bloodcurdling scream.

Terra: Pact with Khyber or not, demi-god or not, everyone has their limit. Their weakness. If I am to die here, at least I do so in the knowledge that you will never again harm another living thing...

Her power fades as she stands for a moment. Her knees give out and her eyes roll back as she is caught by Lisa. Blood flows from her gaping wound and trickles out the corner of her mouth. Try as she might, Lisa can do little more than stem the torrent of blood as she sobs.
