- In Forrest’s youth, he used messengers and spies to claw his way to the top of the pecking order, there were few secrets that Forrest didn’t know, and though he liked to place himself above Hepsy’s gang, his was nearly as bad, just not as obvious. In adult life, Forrest’s manipulation and charm made him the successful man he is today, but he feels an urge to share, to tell people what he really thinks. With his old school confidant killed in the conflict he has nearly no one to talk to, but perhaps one of the saviors will understand.
