Welcome to the wiki for Heaven's Mandate, an epic tabletop role playing game of heroic conflict inspired by Chinese literature and wu xia cinema, played with White Wolf Game Studios' Exalted game. This wiki is designed to serve as a "series bible" and resource for the players and GM, to help keep better track of everything that appears in game. Anyone is free to edit the wiki and add to our game.

Bold and Righteous Heroes
- An Oathsworn Circle: The main cast of Heaven's Mandate, a perfect circle of Solar Exalted; the player characters
Traitors Against Heaven
- Sky-Spanning Devils: Those beings, both vile and virtuous, who've come into conflict with our heroes on their journey.
The Brotherhood of Lakes and Rivers
- Spirits of Talent and Virtue: The panoply of characters who've impacted on our heroes' tale. Some are allies and some are neutral; all are colorful.
An Empire Long Divided
- Great Forks: The city of prayer, home of expatriate gods, ruled by three powerful spirits.
- The Gray River
- Flying Pearl Lake: A broken manse that spans the Gray north of the jungles.
- The Infinite City: A mobile city and citadel, hidden beneath the river and protected by sorcerous wards.
- The Halls of Venus: The civilian ward of the infinite city.
- Varsi: An ancient fortress-city, famed for its annual Martial Arts tournament.
- Fenghuang Temple: A monastery hidden in the hills near Puyo, with a terrible secret deep inside.
- Puyo: Varsi's one tributary city, rotting from within.
- Lookshy: A city-state built around military strength and preparedness; all that remains of the Seventh Legion of the Dragon-Blooded Shogunate.
- The Mourning Field: A shadowland south of Lookshy, site of an explosion of First Age weaponry.
- The Marukan Alliance: A loose confederation of semi-nomadic horse tribes.
- Western Marukan
- Celeren: The fire-aspected fortress-manse held by the leading clan of the Alliance.
- Deren's Ford: Part of the living history of Marukan and, possibly, a Demesne.
- Storm's Eye Hill: A spirit-ruled Demesne, mid-way between the Eye of Hiparkes and Celeren.
- Eye of Hiparkes: The network of roads Rivers Between Us had built in the Marukan hills.
- Estate of the Nameless Ravine: An obscure tea-growing plantation high in the Marukan Alliance, site of family tragedies, slumbering gods, and momentous oaths.
- God Crossing: The town, soon city, that sits at the center of the Eye.
- Flame-bond Forge: The fire aspected forge-manse Rivers built and shares with Serrakeen.
- Pagoda of Infinite Strategy: The Solar manse Rivers created to house Storm of Amber's war college.
- Plum Blossom Retreat: The wood-aspected manse Rivers created as a fortress and school.
- Eastern Marukan
- Gatehouse of the Five Winds: Aerie and refuge in East Marukan.
- The Well of Roots: The secluded meditation chamber of Leaf Shakes the Wind.
- Western Marukan
- Nexus: Crossroads of the River Province, the city where everything is for sale.
- House of Verdant Mysteries Revealed: The Manse of Sapphire River at Midnight, in a forest just across the Grey River from Nexus.
- The Tomb of Keening Spirits: Grave of the Herald of the East, opened by the circle.
- The Realm: The empire astride Creation.
- Sijan: The city of the dead; a grand necropolis where people from all over Creation send their dead to receive the best interment possible.
- Thorns: A former Realm tributary that fought the River Province a decade past, now the heart of a Shadowland ruled by the Deathlord Mask of Winters.
